The access code required to order our beach service is provided by your vacation rental company. If you rented from a Rosemary Beach owner directly, the owner will have the access code.
If the owner of your rental property or the vacation rental company cannot locate the access code, please have them contact our support at (850)-231-1860.
If you would like to make a change to your order, please call our support at (850)-231-1860 and speak to a representative. Your order can be cancelled and a new order made based on availability.
There are no refunds or rainchecks due to daily weather conditions. Refunds are only processed when equipment is removed from the beach to higher ground for named tropical systems that threaten the area.
Yes! When you order online simply select all your days at the beach, and select the number of each service you would like on each day.
